Customer service seems to be non-existent. No install instructions with the lift. Customer service told me there was a video to walk me through the install. No there isn't. There is a video that shows how to operate it, but not how to install it. I asked customer service to send me the link for the instructions and have never received the link. So far not impressed at all with their customer service.

Modified my wife’s Koala cabinet from supporting a Bernina B570 to her current Baby Lock Chorus machine. To accommodate the new machine only had to widen the cabinet table opening by 2.5”. Retained the original table and removed existing lift mechanism. It was very useful to have a table saw on hand to create the blocks required to properly install the new lift mechanism in the old Koala cabinet.

Unit shipped in oodles of (recyclable) packing paper rather than damn styrofoam noodles… Thanks!
