Less then advertised

The mold I received was bowed on the bottom with a .25” gap along a straight edge. When I called I got a voicemail message to leave my contact information and someone would get back to me. Still no call. I sent an email asking what’s the next step to get this corrected, still no response. The mold is still sitting in the box as I cannot use it the way it is. Nice customer service.

The mold with the bottom a little crooked or curved

I thought that the mold was firmer or straighter (because its price), when it is placed on the work surface it is seen that it has a curvature at the bottom that could make the work done in it have a belly or curve. This produces time spent on flattening the surface and loss of resin and materials. Not happy at all. Not allowed to send a video attached to the review.
