Bear Hollow Supply — Returns Policy

30-Day Returns 

We want you to be happy with what you ordered from Bear Hollow Supply. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read the details below — a few product types have different rules.

If We Made a Mistake, It's On Us

If your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice. No restocking fee, and we cover the return shipping.

Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Size?

You can return items within 30 days as long as they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges, deducted from your refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Special-Order Items — Handles, Knobs, and Pulls

Handles, knobs, and pulls are ordered in from our suppliers specifically for you.

  • Returnable within 30 days for store credit, less a 25% restocking fee. This applies to exchanges as well.
  • Not sure about a size or color? Call us before you order — we're glad to talk through dimensions and finishes. 

Poly Lumber — Final Sale

Poly lumber is specialty cut per order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your dimensions and colors before ordering — we're glad to help by phone if you're unsure.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on all returns except damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items — we cover those. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@bearhollowsupply.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please contact us before shipping anything back — returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

Frequently asked questions:

How soon do you ship orders? We ship all in stock orders within 24 to 48 hours. If for some reason we are out of stock we will contact you with an approximate ship date.


 

Which shipping carrier is used? We use a combination between UPS, USPS, and Fedex.

Where are you located? We are located in Fredericksburg, Ohio 44627.

Do you have a store front? We don't currently have a retail store, but we can arrange curbside pickup if needed. 

Where do you ship? We offer and ship our products anywhere in the world.

 

Undeliverable Packages 

When a carrier returns an item as undeliverable due to an incomplete or undeliverable address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. We can't re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.
