I ordered the first whale template was delivered with the tail broke off. I called customer service and rushed me a replacement, and like the first one tail broke off. Called customer service and apologized for the problem. The one they sent was wrapped with lots and lots of bubble wrap and was in perfect condition. I really appreciated the customer service people on how they addressed the issue
