Product received didn't reflect order

Twice I have tried to order 7/8" cherry shaker knobs and twice I have received 1 1/4" (or 1-3/16") cherry shaker knobs. The Bear Hollow website is misleading and confusing. I left a request for customer service but never received a response. My four star review reflects the quality of the product received. Unfortunately, it is not the product I need or can use.
