New to poly lumber

I like working with poly lumber. It’s easy to work with although I haven’t found anything to mark it with that I can see easily. The 3 pack and the 44” lengths makes it tough to order just what you need for your project. I wish you could buy it in nominal lumber lengths. I love the many colors that are available. Additionally, everyone I spoke with at Bear Hollow Supply were extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with.

Rounded corners

The radius on the board I bought is a little too big to match a traditional 2x6

Making plastic porch trim

The 2x6 was used to fabricate 2-1/2 x 1-1/4 cove molding for a porch repair. The molding needed to be bent to a curve with a 6 foot radius—easily accomplished with the help of some heat.
