Heavy duty flat bar stool swivel made with tapped holes for mounting on wrought iron and tubular steel stools with ¼” screws. Made of heavy gauge steel for commercial barstools. High-tech full race nylon bearing for durability and smooth ride. Torture-test proven over 500,000 turns under 500 lb load.

Swivel's design does not quite fit the base of the chair.

I needed to replace worn out swivels on my chairs. Although the dimensions and holes on the new swivels line up with the old swivels the design of the new ones are slightly more rounded making them higher which means the base of the chair does not attach tightly. I has to use shims between the base of the chair and swivels to level them and I hope this modification lasts.

Our Bar Stool

Our favorite bar stool finally lost its bearings (No pund intended) almost tossed it several times after trying to fix it but couldn’t do it. Finally I took it apart and there was a manufacture name Metal of Chicago that’s when the fun started after researching we ended up with Bear Supply Ohio and couldn’t believe they had the exact same part after all these years not only that their part was even better and within two or three days Our Chair was better than new. Their follow up and keeping us posted from the time they shipped it until it arrived was incredible and their customer service email was so kind.
