We use a 3/16" or 1/4" Flush Trim Router bit.
The big foot profile is approximately 5.125" wide by 7.325" tall.

Send us an email to custom@bearhollowsupply.com including a clear drawing, image, SVG or CAD file of your design to get started. Please keep in mind that we cannot create templates that include copyrighted or trademarked designs (such as logos, characters, or brand names) unless you are the rights holder.
