Hello fellow reviewers! My name is Brian Katana, my friends call me Mr. Pepsi. I wanted to leave my positive review on my recent purchase.

In short reviewers, I bought an antique China Hutch...and I'm redoing it. The China Hutch had an old brass light fixture...the brass light fixture was old, wires were dry rotted due to the age & cracking, the light socket was cracked...and the list goes on. As I'm redoing this Hutch, I wanted to keep the originality as much as I could, that includes the brass light fixture. I searched online & low & behold, I found the IDENTICAL brass fixture on Bear Hollow Supply.

Before I order anything online, I make sure businesses are legit...and this one is. Next I read the reviews... interesting...a lot of u stated products are late to arrive & products are wrong, etc. I really wanted this Brass Light Fixture so I said hell with it, instead of ordering online, I'm calling & wanting to talk to the owners & see wats up.

I called this past Monday morning, Jan 13th 2025 & talked to the owner Brady...real nice & polite dude. I introduced myself & I told him bout my China Hutch & I needed that Brass Light, BUT the reviews seem a bit on point...I give everyone a chance & asked Brady to be upfront, if I order can I at least have the item I ordered to be correct?

Brady was a true & cool dude, he stated the products are shipped to order & if there is anything wrong, to just send it back, no additional fees, etc. I had questions regarding the Brass Light Fixture in which Brady was totally up front, this is a dull brass, not a shiny one IN WHICH that is ok! As long as it's Brass that's fine with me. So after our talk, I told Brady ok I appreciate his honesty, let's do this, I wana order that Brass Light Fixture.

I had my credit card ready, Brady helped me order it over the phone & again assured me he will personally inspect the item & he can get it in the mail today (Monday) so it can be delivered between 2-3 days.

After our talk, Bear Hollow Supply did keep me posted via emails bout my order being correct & shipping info. Today Wed, 1/15/25, the Brass Light Fixture did arrive & I couldn't be more happy!

In conclusion reviewers...I wanted to put my honest review in because if I thought there was any B.S. bout this company, for sure I'd tell u all...but my shopping experience was excellent.

Again everyone I hope this will help u in ur decision on whether to buy off of Bear Hollow Supply, u won't regret it...and to the Bear Hollow Supply Company, u guys were awesome, I love my light...keep up the good work & don't be stupid & screw up my review. :)
