Great Looking-Terrible Screws

The hooks are very nice but when I attempted to mount them I broke three screws right off the bat. 1 using cordless and 2 by hand….in soft wood. I guess I should have pre drilled larger holes. Now I have to figure out how to remove the broken screws without messing up the piece.

I'm sorry that you had this problem. We appreciate the feedback.
