Electric Lift

Our reviewer gave the lift 3 stars. Here is why…
I received the lift in the mail very timely. Packaged well. Everything was good except I would have liked to have some paperwork on how to hook it up. What measurement was good to screw it to , how far to the floor. To the company it sounds too simple but to me I need all the info I can get. I have no “man” to help.

Will you please get back to us? We’d love to hear you have a video and/or paper instructions that would have helped but we’re overlooked when item shipped. Thanks :-)

Looks Great so far!

Received the electric sewing machine lift and it looks great. Well built and should work great. I'm now building the sewing cabinet that it will be installed in. Thanks for your help!

So glad this has worked out and looks great. Thank you for your order and this review!

Works with caveats

The price CANNOT be beat. That alone got you four stars. The last star was a no-go for the following reasons.
First: There is no intermediate stop for flat bed sewing. Not a big issue as the switch is momentary.
Second: A couple of burrs on the back of the machine made installation a bit more difficult than it had to be.
Third: What the heck size do you need for the Allen wrench to tighten the long screws? By my estimate it is a 3.5mm. I keep standard and metric Allen wrenches, but 3.5mm is not among them. Any help with size would be appreciated.
Fourth: Locking nuts are 7/16". Again, I keep all sizes of ratchet heads, but it might be nice to note that in the instructions.
Fifth: The instructions are terrible. I'm thinking of rewriting them for you along with pictures and sending it.
