The Golden Gate is our take on the classic trestle silhouette — a wide, tapered stance that pulls its weight visually and structurally. Each leg is fabricated from heavy steel and finished in a flat black powder coat that holds up indoors or out, so the same set works under a walnut dining slab in the kitchen or a live-edge bench on a covered porch.
This is a leg you build around, not one you hope holds. The wide mounting plate spreads load across the underside of the top instead of concentrating it at four small points, which matters when you're mounting a 2" thick slab that already weighs a couple hundred pounds before anyone sits down. The broad footprint keeps the table planted — no rocking, no creep across the floor when someone slides in.
Six sizes cover the usual builds: 16" for coffee tables and benches, 22" for end and console tables, 28" for dining and desks. Two width options at most heights let you match the leg to your top's overhang. Mounting hardware is included.
