If you've often wanted to trim and shape small details in tight corners, but were disappointed by the scoring and burning left behind by solid pilot bits, we've got what you've been looking for: eight of the most commonly used profiles in miniature sizes – complete with tiny miniature ball bearing guides. These bits are perfect for small fine work such as signs, lettering, small boxes, guitarmaking/luthier and toymaking; essentially any project that requires tiny flush trimming or shaping. Don't let the small size fool you; these bits are precisely machined and carbide-tipped.

Recommendation: The miniature router bits with 3/16” and 1/4” diameter ball bearing guides were designed for use in intricate and delicate projects with or without tight spaces. Do not flush trim material more than half the diameter of the bearing and slow down feed to reduce load. Not guaranteed due to their extremely small size.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice. No restocking fee, and we cover the return shipping.
Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Size?
You can return items within 30 days as long as they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges, deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handles, knobs, and pulls are ordered in from our suppliers specifically for you.
- Returnable within 30 days for store credit, less a 25% restocking fee. This applies to exchanges as well.

How to Start a Return
Email support@bearhollowsupply.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please contact us before shipping anything back — returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

Undeliverable Packages
When a carrier returns an item as undeliverable due to an incomplete or undeliverable address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. We can't re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.
