Our poly lumber is offered in set sizes, but each board is cut from longer stock after your order is placed. Once a board has been cut, we can't return it to inventory, so all poly lumber sales are final — no returns or refunds.

If your poly lumber arrives damaged in transit or there's a defect in the material, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

We need to repair a 20 year old Eddie Bauer rocking chair arm and the Poly Lumber from Bear Hollow was an exact match for the width and profile of the original. I only had to cut it to length and shape the ends with my reciprocating saw & 1/4" round router bit.

packaging could have been better.
The polywood cost is not cheap, out of the 6 I ordered 2 had long scratches. for the coast i would expect tighter packaging. the product and ship time was great!

The product ordered was functional with modifications, but really wished the product came in other sizes, specifically 1-1/4" by 1-1/8". This size matches the original material being replaced on the lawn/patio furniture.
