Flattening slabs just got so much easier! Setting the SlabTech slab flattening jig up takes only a couple of minutes and makes flattening your slabs a snap. Built with heavy duty 20MM rails this router sled is built to last. The bearing systems for the moving components make the whole process so smooth.
The router mounting plate and cross rail brackets are made with 1/2" thick clear acrylic which makes for excellent visibility.
Specifications
- Max Slab Thickness: Almost infinite if you use spacers to raise jig
- Minimum Slab Thickness: Varies depending on if you use a collet extension
- **NOTE Inside dimensions will be less than outside dimensions that are listed as the size options.
*Note while we cut the acrylic base plates and also the acrylic brackets here in our shop, the rails themselves are imported. We try to make or source everything from the US but this is one of the exceptions, as we can't come close to competing with the imported pricing.
