Awesome!!

I just finished building my sewing cabinet and installed the lift. It works GREAT!! I was able to easily adjust each level to the exact height needed for my machine.

Nice but weak

I bought the mid level lift since it said it would handle 50 lbs. My machine is 37 lbs and the wooden base is 5 lbs. and i need to provide assistance to unlock the machine and even more assistance to lift it. I would have bought the largest lift but according to the description, I am within the capability of this lift. Not true.

I ordered the wrong release

The touch release was very well made, I selected the wrong spring tension machine and have returned it. I have ordered the softer spring tension which should arrive in a week. Your representive was very helpful on the phone. Thank you. Don Erba

Machine lift

I have been using this style of lift for 20 years on custom made sewing tables and finally found a great supplier. Thanks for the product and service.

Touch Release fit into circa 1950 Singer cabinet

Fitting the Touch Release into an older two-side Flip wing Singer cabinet involved refinishing the surfaces, adding a 3/4”bottom panel and cutting a different opening in the top. Now painting to brighten it up. Only issue yet is to adapt the knee lever with an appropriate notch or hole and lengthen the shaft to fit into Bernina which now further inside.
